店子雖小,但竟有各款高質和牛及特式石板燒,店員細心解釋各款牛的肉質及口感分別,最後決定揀選了美國和牛封門柳,肉味濃郁及較淋身,端上枱時約兩成熟,再放在石板上燒至個人喜好生熟度,牛香撲鼻。另一主菜牛県極上燒牛肉海膽刺身丼連大粒三文魚籽,配上紫菜窩旦伴日本米,簡直好味到舐舐脷。其實每個主菜可加$32選配飲品及薯條,好抵食。意猶未盡再點了兩款串燒一份盐燒厚切牛舌心很甘香入味,另一鹽燒白膳串,就更加油香彈牙。各人都極滿意這頓板燒晚餐。
