老公今日在荃灣做野,見到荃新天地開左羅麥記,知我喜歡食佢地嘅闊佬炒飯,所以放工就約埋我一齊去食。闊佬炒飯:我最喜歡的炒飯,一個炒飯兩種味道,蝦仁大大隻好爽口,配上白汁,口感creamy。另一邊是雞絲、蕃茄、洋蔥,蕃茄獻汁調得好好味,酸酸甜甜的好醒胃。飯底用蛋炒過,粒粒分明。忌廉汁芝士窩蛋雞皇飯:雞肉份量已蓋滿整碟飯,口感鮮嫩啖啖肉,忌廉汁濃郁,加左隻生窩蛋,特別香滑。紅豆冰粒粒咖啡:紅豆林甜,咖啡香濃,另外加入用紅豆冰製成的冰粒,代替平常用的冰粒,當冰粒溶化時,飲品能保持味濃又冰凍。炸雞脾拚薯條:即炸雞脾外皮香脆,肉嫩有汁,薯條裡面鬆軟,外面脆口。麥sir乳鴿仔:即叫即炸乳鴿皮酥肉嫩,有肉汁又入味。蝦多士:剛剛炸好的蝦多士香脆可口不油膩。雪糕紅豆冰:傳統味道,紅豆冰加入雪糕,飲落特別甜滑,好有懷舊feel!
