To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 這幾天都下雨,正好消減夏天八月嘅暑氣,就來吃一個美味牛柳晚餐吧,食肆位於朗屏西鐵站嘅夏捌月,店員禮貌地安排入座。一客味道十足嘅酥皮羅宋湯揭開序幕,酥皮嘅香酥已令人讚賞,食完没有滯感。羅宋湯酸甜適中,红蘿蔔腍甜,茄香陣陣,十分可口。主菜菲力牛柳蓋著香脆甘香嘅鵝肝和厚厚腍滑大蘑菇,外觀已很吸引。厚厚牛柳五成熟,切開已經肉汁滲出,入口非常腍滑,牛肉味香濃,點上熱暖蘑菇醬汁,更能突顯牛柳嘅色香味,令人回味無窮。配以香滑嘅樽裝朱古力飲品,令這個晚餐更完满。
