今日收工想快快脆脆食啲野,所以去左食車食面,分別叫左兩大碗同啲小菜
第一碗有水餃、溏心蛋、魚蛋仲有魷魚,個湯底好濃郁,係慢火煲咗好耐,先有呢種深棕色同油光。水餃個皮薄得黎晶瑩剔透,撈起嚟彈牙,入面餡料好清楚好大隻。溏心蛋流心程度啱啱好,蛋黃仲保持住橙橙哋,好吸引!魷魚好彈口,膠感十足。
第二碗有豬軟骨、溏心蛋、韭菜、午餐肉、雞翼,仲要全部都係我最愛,豬軟骨煨到入口即化,咬落彈彈哋仲有啲膠感,啜住啜住就連骨都軟晒,超正。溏心蛋流心位啱啱好,蛋黃橙到發光,一撈入湯即刻變金湯。韭菜翠綠又爽口,解膩一流,仲帶陣陣韭香,超香口。午餐肉咸香得來又 juicy,係車仔麵永遠嘅神隊友。雞翼就係嗰隻「隱形MVP」,醬汁入晒味,皮脆肉嫩。湯底係嗰種濃厚既牛腩湯底,但又唔會搶晒配料風頭,全部料撈埋一齊食,層次多到爆燈。
同埋加左個菜心,翠綠到發光,梗位仲保持住「咯啦咯啦」嘅爽脆感,完全冇焗到爛晒,火候控制得啱晒。上面嗰層蠔油汁落得均勻又唔會太多,香得黎唔會死鹹,仲帶少少甜味,啱啱好襯到菜心嘅清甜出嚟。
