Restaurant: 五月星牛肉麵

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咁岩要去觀塘見客,順便搵好西食,今次黎到人氣的五月星牛肉麵,估唔到平日黎到已經要排隊。呢度的紅燒牛肉麵湯底係用70年前老秘坊去做。一上枱後都見到湯底顏色比較深,我都同意同出面其他餐廳的味道唔一樣,紅燒湯底夠晒濃,仲帶少少辣,幾有刺激感,麵條都彈牙掛到湯。而牛肉夠腍同入味,份量都幾多,算係有誠意。另一樣當然要叫係「金好呷宮格餐」,滿足晒晒台式輕食的願望,主菜叫左鹽酥雞,炸得夠脆,另外仲可以加唔同口味的味粉,幾有特色,我最鐘意海苔同埋芝士。台灣腸兩邊稍為煎香,仲搽上蜜糖甜甜地的味道。米紙春卷新鮮炸,夠香脆。手拍青瓜份量夠多,幾開胃。最後肉燥飯我都滿意,由於係台灣食肉燥飯當中的肉燥會較肥,但呢度就番香港人口味,相對較瘦,撈飯一流!最後飲品叫左比較特別的百香果益力多同埋黑糖珍珠撞奶,味道都唔錯。飲飽食醉,成餐好滿足!
