To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在疫情下餐飲業已經相當艱難。今天五點左右在深水埗吃晚飯，發覺冰室門口有好多人排隊，原來自從一月起，為了幫助基層市民，已經開始每天派250個飯。值得稱讚👍👍👍這裏的服務也值得一讚，我們入到冰室，服務員（可能是老闆娘）告訴我們由於是派飯時間，下單可能會慢十多分鐘。作為顧客，完全感受到他們服務熱誠。看著她們在門口派飯，有人打尖有人投訴，自己睇都覺得頭痛，但見他們非常專業的解釋和繼續派飯，非常之有效率，轉眼間已經將250個飯盒派完。值得再次稱讚👍👍👍。為了支持一下小店，點了兩個比較貴的晚餐，賣相同味道都一流，買單也只是$212。只能用三個字去形容，平靚正。值得再三稱讚👍👍👍
