To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實係好濃嘅龍蝦湯❤十分鮮甜,濃得黎就算食飽都唔會覺得好溜呀!餃子好大隻,皮夠薄,我比5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! 食完其實都飽飽地🍃滿足

都係果句,個皮做得好薄!晶凝通透你可以望到入邊嘅餡!皮加入了紅菜頭菜汁,天然嘅紅菜頭顏色,餡入邊有冬菇紅菜頭。鍾意食素嘅你一定要試吓啊!營養價值都好高!不過唔鍾意食紅菜頭嘅人就唔會覺得好食㗎啦!

唔好意思,我真係唔記得啲菜名,又懶得搵,所以簡短啲啦🌸 外型真係好似冬菇,個包軟熟鬆軟,配上冬菇餡❤正!

嗌左半隻啊,因為全隻嘅話呢可能你會覺得有少少溜,因為黑松露好重。面上亦放有少少黑松露,然後你會見到雞肉全部拌有黑松露❤完全係為黑松露嘅粉絲而設。雞皮烤得好脆,雞肉多汁嫩口😍絕對唔可以錯過啊

8.和牛鵝肝炒飯

雖然唔係啖啖都食到鵝肝同埋和牛,將飯放喺石鍋入邊,保持熱辣辣嘅口感,飯亦十分惹味,味道較為濃。

9. 櫻花蝦炒飯
面上放有香脆的炸米,拌勻口感一流,兩個炒飯飯粒粒粒分明,乾身,唯獨我認為鑊氣不夠!

總結整體評分,呢間餐廳絕對係值得食嘅,選擇多餐廳點心都好有自己嘅特色,亦都好花心思去設計,五星推介俾大家!
