今次去點心到另一間分店,今次試了六個傳統的點心,傳統點心能反映一間酒樓的基本功,今次都沒有失望1)香茜牛肉腸,$24,腸粉粉皮煙韌,不是削的,裏面牛肉料多,香茜味香,但不會蓋過牛肉味2)晶瑩鮮蝦餃,$15 兩粒,蝦餃皮煙韌,不會過厚,蝦🦐爽口好食,👍🏼,抵食3)原隻蝦燒賣,$15兩粒,蝦大隻,同樣爽口好食,兩個人份量可選兩粒,每樣都可試試,非常好💯4)薑蔥牛栢葉,$24,牛栢葉爽口,配上濃湯及大量薑蔥,墊底的蘿蔔也很淋,完全沒有渣5)鳳爪排骨飯,$38,排骨很淋,有肉味,鳳爪都好食,沒有雪味份量適合兩個人6)黑金流沙包,$25,今次再點這個流沙包,好食要翻食💯💯😍全日不收加一,抵食,餐廳裝修新穎,環境衞生清潔,不會是有些傳統酒樓的破舊

4)薑蔥牛栢葉,$24,牛栢葉爽口,配上濃湯及大量薑蔥,墊底的蘿蔔也很淋,完全沒有渣

5)鳳爪排骨飯,$38,排骨很淋,有肉味,鳳爪都好食,沒有雪味份量適合兩個人

6)黑金流沙包,$25,今次再點這個流沙包,好食要翻食💯💯😍

全日不收加一,抵食,餐廳裝修新穎,環境衞生清潔,不會是有些傳統酒樓的破舊
