朋友介紹呢間食傳統粵菜嘅酒家,訂位時先預留燒乳豬半隻,始終唔係一大棚人食,所以唔敢叫咁多野,費事食唔晒浪費食物。乳豬正常size,唔係超細隻嗰啲小香豬,重點係唔會好似小香豬會有比較濃嘅豬羶味,呢間嘅乳豬燒得好食,兩隻豬腳仔唔會燒到好燶,所以可以食到。除咗叫咗乳豬之外,我哋仲叫咗兩個菜,呢個係蓮藕餅,整得好好食,蓮藕爽甜,入面釀嘅餡料都好新鮮。另一個係梅菜蒸菜芯,呢個煮法令啲菜芯嘅味道更加清甜,咁樣煮原來幾好食。
