香港好少機會食到咁正宗川菜,之前去西藏食過一次萵荀炒臘肉就念念不忘,終於係香港食到🥰偷望到廚房見到廚師炒菜好大火,就知好夠獲氣🤤臘肉係類似煙肉咁,加埋辣椒、葱同花椒炒,萵筍真係好惹味😍

水煮桂花魚(半條$248/全條$408)
有生魚同桂花魚,我地叫左桂花魚因為魚片會比較滑嫩。叫左小辣,有少少麻,食落唔會辣住個胃,配菜有芽菜、海帶,寬粉,唔錯唔錯!
廚師係四川人,所以味道都好正宗。餐牌好多主打菜,仲有酸菜魚、青椒魚同烤魚...選擇困難既我只係揀左餐牌第一道菜🤣下次會再黎試試其他菜🥲


新店3月開張,平日晚市都差唔多全場坐滿。雖然餐廳有得用QR code自助落單,但係店員都好nice好好服務😙
