To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這是主打鐵板燒的居酒屋平日高朋滿座今次特意提早晚餐時間 終於吃到兩條腿坐近吧枱首先來壽司組合個人十分推介,因為刺身真的很新鮮 海老很鮮甜 海膽也不會有腥苦味假如只有我一人,我也可以把它幹掉雞肉腸串燒 帶子串燒串看賣相已相當吸引帶子鮮甜肥大 不會燒得過韌 沾少少燒汁已很好吃雞肉腸有雞軟骨在內 啱晒我呢啲鍾意咬嘢嘅人鱈魚西京燒唔知有冇人同小妹一樣咁鍾意西京燒甜甜的醬汁這裡的西京燒醬汁很濃 甜得來帶點酸 其實不沾沙律醬也很夠味而且鱈魚本來就是重脂油的食物吃多了會覺得很膩招牌關西燒內裏有牛肉 菜和芝士由於我倆坐吧枱 可以見到佢燒😍心入面吶喊:多啲芝士 多啲芝士唔好睇少佢 牛肉加椰菜配上燒汁沙律醬 味道很夾 不過芝士味不突出但我倆一致覺得好吃順帶一提,這裡的服務蠻好會不斷加水給我們

串看賣相已相當吸引
帶子鮮甜肥大 不會燒得過韌 沾少少燒汁已很好吃

鱈魚西京燒
唔知有冇人同小妹一樣咁鍾意西京燒甜甜的醬汁
這裡的西京燒醬汁很濃 甜得來帶點酸 其實不沾沙律醬也很夠味
而且鱈魚本來就是重脂油的食物
吃多了會覺得很膩

唔好睇少佢 牛肉加椰菜配上燒汁沙律醬 味道很夾 不過芝士味不突出
但我倆一致覺得好吃
