串揚料理新奇又抵食

第一次食呢種料理嘅我表示有驚喜～～餐店嘅裝潢非常之有日式風格，今次到訪坐到bar枱望住師傅將一串又一串嘅串揚放入炸爐入邊再攞出嚟，好治癒！今次嗌咗嘅定食有炸牛柳、海膽、冬菇以及其他野菜、飯團兩個，亦都配有少少沙律前菜做配菜同埋麵豉湯，炸牛柳口感非常鬆軟，不費吹灰之力就咬開咗，牛味非常濃郁，處理得好好！每一件炸物都無皮肉分離嘅情況，海膽串揚亦都係一款新穎嘅菜式，飯團亦都有些少嘅調味，為整個餐點加添飽肚感，食得滿足！
