To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🐑蝦餃-世一蝦餃,冇嘢補充。🐑黃橋燒餅-香港少有嘅江蘇點心,外皮香酥,内餡惹味。🐑叉燒酥-焗到金黃熱辣辣,叉燒餡調味剛好。🐑炸菜牛肉腸-牛肉餡夠陳皮芫茜,幾香,唯一要彈嘅就係,炸菜撈得唔夠均勻,得兩舊勁多炸菜,其他幾舊冇乜炸菜味。🐑北菇鵝掌-日本花菇超厚勁香,鵝掌火候掌握得宜。🐑鳳凰煎糯米雞-上枱已經聞到好好香嘅煎蛋味,金金黃黃,先聲奪人。餡料有雞、叉燒、瑤柱,同埋靈魂鹹蛋黃,超豐富。🐑蛋白杏仁茶-糖水另上自己調節甜度,冇交嗌。
