To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不顯眼的耀華街小店

門囗玻璃貼了很多資料，又用上深木色木材作門架，所以並不顯眼，從旁看到店不大，剛好1人進食，就無所謂。雖然，地方不大但店主的服務態度很好又細心。墊枱面的單張，旁邊寫有套餐供應到5點，我就叫了口水雞配擔擔麵套餐。口水雞的份量亦可，有些辣，反而麵我可叫辣的要求，我叫了微辣，麵質滑而不淋。擔擔的汁，肉粒，花生粒，葱花，吃了一口已忍不住已吃了大半才吃雞。大家不妨試下擔擔麵👍至於口水雞不過不實，沒什麼難忘感覺分享😉
