To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 七一公眾假期,和Joey妹補祝生日,首次帶來到這間分店,環境和氣氛和旺角及荃灣分店不同,雖然選擇比旺角少,但我喜歡這裡的寧靜和寬敞,且食物質素相當不錯!炸物很多,但我沒試(妹妹說炸物很香脆,炸金菇因剛炸起,尤其美味)。我喜歡他們的涼拌青瓜、木耳和肉鬆豆腐;車厘茄、西瓜和哈密瓜也很爽甜和新鮮,我吃了很多。蒸南瓜很軟甜,我連皮也吃了;瓜菜款式多,有通菜、菜心、菜仔、娃娃菜、青瓜、翠玉瓜等,款款也很甜,軟硬度適中;我最喜歡豆腐和蒸蛋,豆腐款式很多,鹵水豆腐和冬菇超美味,我吃了多件;唯一遺憾的是沒有蕃茄炒蛋、豆漿和紅豆沙(只有五花茶、羅漢果茶和南瓜西米露),如有就更完美了!雖然熱葷的盤不像旺角分店和銅鑼灣《樂園》般多,但職員密密換盤和換款,吸引我們多次走出去覓食,我前後吃了五輪,十分滿足!接待我們那位收銀女職員很有禮貌,向每位顧客致謝;唯一感覺有點怪的是由客人自己揀位,我們清理碟子準備離開時,下午茶時段開始,有食客站在我們枱旁等位,感覺有點古怪,如果付了錢開始計時又沒座位怎算呢?午餐每位$98,價錢合理,有機會我會再來的!
