較有特色廚師發板,最發他們的熟成魚刺身。分吃有熟成左口魚、熟成深海池魚、熟成鰤魚等等都很出色!熟成之後感覺完全不一樣!第一次食真的回味無窮。因為疫情關係只能吃中午的廚師發板!相信如果在晚上的時候吃上這些熟成魚刺身。感覺肯定不一樣!再加上一杯熱清酒。相信真的回味無窮!
