To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎之前唔知佢係米之蓮，返工過黎食lunch。清湯牛腩菜飯（$55）-牛腩好多，牛腩排得整整齊齊賣相吸引。食落夠淋，不過我覺得如果牛味更濃會更好。蘿蔔中間有點硬，菜飯的菜少得可憐，不過用清湯撈埋個飯味道係唔錯嘅。服務，店員對我不太有禮貌，但見佢招呼外國遊客可以講出流利英文係有d impress。
