進到店裡,感覺不到員工積極的服務態度。沒有打招呼、點頭微笑,更沒有帶我們到座位。下單時,員工的態度讓人感覺愛理不理。
酥皮焗叉燒包 - 濃烈的奶香味,比較甜,皮不會過厚。
黃沙豬潤腸 - 腸粉滑,豬潤香。
咸魚肉餅飯 - 肉餅很香,質地較綿滑,淡淡咸魚味。
家鄉咸水角 - 熱烘烘,較黏牙,外脆內軟,味道較淡。
不過不失的味道,若在服務態度上有所改善,能給予客人昔日茶樓的人情味,整體感覺會更佳。






To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
