To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 沙田石門有好多酒樓，今日午餐就揀咗富臨酒家試吓。我最怕麻煩，見到有個午餐＄218，包三個點心、一個小食、一個炒粉麵同一個甜品，就試試佢。叫咗鹹水角、棉花雞、釀茄子，小食叫咗鹽水豬手，甜品桂花糕，同一碟福建炒飯。所有食物都一般水準冇驚喜，除了特別推介鹽水豬手，豬手爽滑彈牙，真係可以食唔停。呢間酒樓優點係夠大樓底高，所以唔太嘈，亦唔會搭枱搵位易，服務員反應快，坐得舒適。但燈光較暗裝修一般。最後三個人食飽飽，埋單每人約＄90，不過不失。
