家人通常都係到海港飲茶,因為多分店以及質素甚好,加上會員制儲了不少分,今晚我們用會員積分換了一個燒鵝八人餐,畀二百幾蚊就有成八個菜式,超級抵食,不過要早至少一日預訂,呢晚就嚟食啦!

二百幾蚊八個人食本身都冇咩挑剔㗎啦,有一整隻燒鵝,冬菇鮑魚,炸蝦餅、花膠螺頭雞湯等等等等,其實係可以媲美去飲既菜式。燒鵝用小火爐興熱住,唔驚攤凍搞到啲肥膏鯨住晒越食越膩,燒鵝表皮香脆冇羶味,師傅都將唔少肥膏撇走,唔會食到成嘴油。另外花膠螺頭雞湯非常濃郁,配上辣椒豉油去沾湯渣,別具一番風味!

其實香港雖然有唔少茶樓,但係做得好嘅真係已經唔多,即使返內地去飲茶,都未必食到屬於香港獨特嘅風味,希望呢啲有質素嘅酒樓唔好俾經濟打敗而消失!
