To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不敗菠蘿油

今日又去咗太子睇衫，睇完衫之後有啲肚餓， 所以去咗我最鍾意嘅茶餐廳之一 - 金華 都嘆番個下午茶。因為金華啲菠蘿油係新鮮出爐嘅， 所以成日都keep到水準，估唔到下午5點幾金華都仲有9成滿，生意好好。 我哋其實點咗 一個下午茶餐， 散叫菠蘿油 同埋凍奶茶。好快菠蘿油就嚟到喇，上堂時候仲熱辣辣，真係好正好邪惡， 因為塊牛油真係好大塊 ，上面啲脆脆都係好脆 ，個包就好鬆軟，一食就食得出係新鮮出爐。 而奶茶呢，今日就麻麻哋，杯嘢好甜冇乜茶味，無以前冇咁好飲。下午茶 嗰個餐，其實幾抵食，佢有兩隻炸雞翼 ，係雞全翼，同埋一個酥皮蛋撻。 雞全翼都幾入味嘅，而酥皮蛋撻呢個皮都好鬆化。呢度雖然生意好好，但係啲員工都仲係幾賣力，真係幾難得值得一讚。唔似得某啲火熱嘅茶餐廳， 紅咗態度就不可一世， 希望 金華 繼續 keep住水準。
