(*˘︶˘*).。.Nissa La Bella:*♡最近有幸品嚐上環Nissa La Bella 的法式晚餐法式餐館的氣氛果然是不同, 尤其是餐廳選址在上環的小巷,那種不慌不忙悠然自得的氛圍, 充滿巴黎風情。餐廳的菜色也讓人留下深刻印象。尤其是尼斯洋蔥鯷魚橄欖薄餅Pissaladière Homemade focaccia bread. caramelized onions, anchovies & olives以自家製Focaccia麵包為底,上面鋪滿了焦糖洋蔥、鯷魚和橄欖。咸香的鯷魚正好突顯了洋蔥的香甜。個人十分喜歡苦白菜車厘茄沙律Salade d' endives a' la fourme d'ambert chicory salad,blue cheese, poached pear & walnut以香港比較少有的苦白菜入饌,沙律加入橄欖油,拌一些blue cheese來吃,車厘茄沙和梨子也中和苦白菜的苦味walnut也豐富了沙律的口感。-還有日本真姬蘑菇撻盒Tarte au champignons, sauce d'ail cremeuse frisee salad, d
