一向喜歡吃炒年糕,不過接納老公提議,今次便試試比較無咁常見的<老上海炒飯>。

這個<老上海炒飯>真的非常出色,表面看是一幫肉鬆在面,底下是很整齊較深色的炒飯,心想沒甚麼材料好似「伏伏地」咁…. 點知,一放進口真係返唔到轉頭,好美味!而且唔咸、仲甜甜地,每粒飯都炒透。有時候食物不能單從材料的價值計算,技巧都好重要。用一樣的食材,自己是煮不出一樣的味道,所以下次再來,我都必定會再點。

另外我們也點了四川擔擔麵和小籠包,其實都好有水準,但還是<老上海炒飯>最能令人難忘。


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
