呢間餐廳,不單只是懷舊菜式,原來仲有新興創意的!我見餐牌上~有一款係欖角牙籤骨,陣陣咸咸的濃郁氣味!賣相又一流!欖角味道滲入去,令肉質更豐富!一向以來,我只是覺得“欖角”最恰配的是蒸魚!係最佳拍檔!估不到,原來可以蜜汁欖角配上牙籤骨更色香味俱全!用來送飯一流!再叫一碟,燒味雙併~燒肉併油雞,好似係普通既一個小菜,但係事實上,燒肉皮很鬆化,絕不肥膩!肉質鮮嫩!味道適中!油雞皮滑,肉質鮮美!下次一定要再嚟試多幾款菜式
