本身是潮州人,對潮州菜有一定要求。見關注組好多人話呢間唔錯,順路經過,就試吓。個滷水鵝片,仲「鞋」過沙紙,唔飲啖水,爭啲吞唔落。滷水係幾鮮味,但太油啦,食完成口油!個鵝腸又係好油。鵝肝切到好薄,呢個算合格。鹹菜豬肚湯,冇乜胡椒味,鹹菜味又唔夠,師傅味道的確好足。個欖菜肉碎炒飯,炒出嚟啡啡哋色,奇奇怪怪。食落口啲飯仲濕濕粒粒,一啲都唔似食緊炒飯。最精彩都算係個苦瓜,煮到爛晒,完全冇口感。食咗兩件都係埋單走啦!
