The establishment, despite its name suggesting simple snacks, offers a diverse range of Thai dishes that surpass typical snack bar fare. Located within a market’s food center, it provides affordable meals with various cooking methods like steaming and frying. A standout dish is the Tom Yum soup base for their rice noodles, perfectly balancing sourness and spice, complemented by generous seafood portions. The shrimp balls are also noteworthy, made entirely from shrimp paste with a crispy exterior. Operating in a market allows for cost savings on rent, enabling better ingredient quality and sincere culinary offerings.
