To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又一次星期六晚,唔知去邊好,自自然然諗起「大煲皇」。 來「大煲皇」已經有最少6、7年了。由當初朋友間的 best kept secret,口耳相傳呢度雖然環境一般,但超抵食又好味,到現在⋯⋯ 經營得很有規模(包括旁邊的分店)、無乜特價,呢種感覺淡化了。坐低問啊姐,仲有無以前超抵食的「天仙配」(曾幾何時$380左右,包一條細活魚刺身,及火鍋湯底),啊姐話無喇。啊姐推介了半條「海三梅龍」(有無人知道係咩?個樣有啲似金目鯛之類)$330 - 份量不多,而且是之前已經開了,不是現劏。無以前自己享用一條活魚咁正。味道 ok 嘅,爽口得來油份夠。鮮甜。不過,wasabi 豉油應該加了甜,有小小打茅波。麻辣鴛鴦鍋。正常。香茜皮蛋湯底個粟米好甜。本地牛頸脊,是不錯的,但大份的份量也不是很多。2 個人可以輕鬆吃光。另外加了$50 椒鹽了魚骨。好多肉。稍嫌厚漿,也不是很惹味。總體依然是ok 抵的。食物也不差。但沒有以前「發現新大陸」的興奮。
