To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前細個一到星期五，我家老爹一定同埋我同媽咪落街食飯，我細個就一定鐘意去大家樂食晚飯，我最鐘意食得幾樣野，鐵板雜扒，鐵板牛柳絲炒面，同埋海南雞飯到我大個搬左出去，我地就好少係樓下商場食飯，多數都落左去新都城或者調景嶺popcorn 。今日咁岩返去翠林，我心絲絲想食大家樂，於是就入左去叫外賣啦，望住餐牌一見到海南雞飯就即刻二話不說叫啦。返去開餐啦，點知食左兩啖，完全唔係個回事。個個海南雞無味既，仲要只雞生生地配菜又係生，算啦，咁食得海南雞精粹梗係個味飯，嘩！的米硬都不在話下，無味先慘古唔到真差到咁，講真快餐係唔好要求咁多問題係之前佢地所有野都好有心做點解會變到好似間好普通既餐廳咁我諗我唔會再去大家樂食野啦，相比起美心人地梗加有心去做好快餐
