Restaurant: Woodlands Indian Vegetarian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 排毒嚟講,梗係要食素啦。但香港啲素食,嚟嚟去去都係果幾味,想要啲新鮮感?唯有返印度食齋!經過尖東呢間印度素食鋪,見到入面都係印度人就知係家鄉口味。入面啲裝修都靚,唔似重慶大廈果啲咁殘,坐得都舒服。叫咗個南印度套餐,有好多唔同口味嘅醬,仲有塊炸得好脆嘅烤餅,好新鮮。意猶未盡,叫咗個芝士菠菜咖哩,真係粒粒芝士無花無假,仲有淡淡咖哩味,唔會太膩,正!食咖哩又點可以唔配印度薄餅,一流。跟手叫多個煎餅,睇下幾大件,真係第一次見。食落好脆口,入面仲有好香嘅炒蘑菇,正!
