To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說之前申請某信用卡💳有香港君悅酒店餐膳消費咭，用淨$1000仲要31/8過期，所以今個星期又來到君悅食飯。今晚揀了呢間中菜廳試試。要用上$1000餐膳消費咭要消費$2000先得，所以我同C6叫了港灣美饌 set dinner (兩位起) ! 散叫都唔算太貴！🥓 頭盤係燒味拼盤 - 有厚切蜜汁叉燒、油雞，海蜇。上碟時還熱騰騰，叉燒帶少少肥肉但恰到好處！油雞又嫩又滑，值得一讚。🍲 銀湖蟹肉燴燕窩 - 啖啖都係蟹肉，真係冇得輸 🦀🦀🦀🐚 蠔王南非鮑魚 - 彈牙厚肉。🐔 脆皮龍崗雞 - 香噴噴的龍岡雞，雞皮烤得脆脆的，而雞肉非常嫩滑! 🥬蟲草花杞子浸時蔬 - 時蔬有冬菇，秀珍菇和白菜配上鮮甜上湯。🍚飄香荷葉飯 - 荷葉香雖不重，但味道不俗，飯帶乾身但又不會一粒粒分開。🍧石榴蘆薈甘露 - 很清新又充滿石榴香的甜品，值得一試。
