To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天弟弟突然想食下午茶，但這兩星期，唔係落大雨就係火咁熱，終於決定在附近食。諗起點心同邪惡流心西多士，便去了周記。今天竟然唔洗等位（已經快到五點了），還有下午茶餐，由於今天已賣晒炒蘿白糕，只剩銀針粉，所以只好叫了一份流心香芋西多士，和另外點了蝦餃同燒賣，飲品我至愛的山楂酸梅湯，弟弟點了紅豆冰。點心和西多都係即叫即做的，所以要有耐性呀。蝦餃大大隻，熱辣辣，隻蝦好彈牙，好味！燒賣上有蟹籽，黑松露兩款。黑松露的香味好重，燒賣的豬肉好juicy.流心香芋西多士，一切落去，流心湧出，同西多香脆好夾。另外店內亦有奶黃味的流心西多士。我比較中意香芋，仲食到芋蓉啊。天氣咁熱飲啖山楂酸梅湯即刻又涼又消滯。開開心心食完好東。西。
