To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向都有食開呢間既石鍋飯 熱炳炳多配料 仲有拌飯精髓燒汁辣醬今日嚟到已經下午茶 見圖片都有石鍋飯 照舊叫碗飯嚟食 一向上枱 係平時盛湯既鍋 都好正常 下午茶平d 份量係少d 但阿姐放低碗飯就走 我問燒汁呢? 阿姐話 下午茶呢個係無汁既 午餐先有我真係愕然 韓樂究竟知唔知韓國既石鍋飯醬汁先係精髓?! 如果要慳成本 直頭唔好做鍋飯 碟頭上啦 張圖唔洗誤導人果然 下午茶餐真係好垃圾 雖然鍋上 但個鍋同飯都唔熱 少配料 連牛肉都唔熱 好難食 整到咁難食真係浪費食材 垃圾
