唐閣也有點心午餐, 而且更是在週末的, 是我太久沒有去過唐閣, 還是現在連唐閣這三星食肆也要放下身段? 她點心的質素不算是我吃過最好的, 只能說是中上貨式, 比較突出是內裡充滿了帶子的燒賣. 她最強的依然是其傳統粵式燒味, 特別是其以梅頭叉燒, 取位偏瘦, 沒有多餘脂肪但其肉質比腩肉更腍, 焦香和甜香平衡度高, 我應該點A La Carte才能品嚐更多. 焗蟹蓋也是其成名之作, 可惜是這次沒有黃金蟹狀小盤作容器, 內裡蟹肉依然豐富, 配上洋蔥和沙律醬就是其特色. 和牛炒飯的出色除了是因為飯粒層次分明, 以及醬油味濃香但沒蓋過和牛的味道外, 加上果仁快炒不但令次口層更多元化, 也吸收了醬油的濕度, 令炒飯更為乾身.
