To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 另外一樣值得讚既係老闆對客人十分照顧，唔會吝惜：話說其中一位舊同事見到有Choya梅酒想飲，但我地冇叫到，於是佢膽粗粗咁問老闆可唔可以比一杯佢？老闆竟然話請埋佢飲都得wor，笑死我
亦都想係度讚一讚d員工，佢地出餐同收碟既速度都好快，而且唔會漏單，最重要既係佢地每一位都好有禮貌、唔會西面
