在中環想食一個好Chill又高級的午餐,就選擇了「龍亭」,座在吧枱可一邊欣賞廚師烹煮過程,超療癒!高級廚師發板套餐(十一品)$688/位先來,前菜是三文魚軟骨拼海藻、三文魚蓉拼牛油果醬及紫薑,三文魚軟骨質感Q彈,味道不錯。第二道是季節限定沙律,黑魚籽煙三文魚包有機菜,新鮮又清爽,胃口立即大開。第三道刺身是時令魚子醬生蠔,有紫色泡沫,加花朵點綴,打卡一流。第四道魚籽醬蘭王溫泉蛋,蘭王蛋香味濃郁,加上黑魚籽及白松露醬,味道層次double up。鐵板海鮮可選兩品,選了鮑魚和元貝,鮑魚入味腍軟,元貝超鮮甜。鐵板料理選了美國安格斯牛肉薄燒卷~內裡卷上惹味的炸蒜和蔥,加上安格斯牛肉肉質幼嫩柔軟,油花豐富,很美味。菊花豆腐白麵豉湯,白麵豉湯湯底香濃,豆腐嫩滑,一碗湯更暖胃。再來一道是黑松露鮮炒飯,海鮮大蝦鋪面,炒飯香口,粒粒分明。最後時日甜點是柚子雪葩加紅豆爆珠,雪葩清爽,紅豆爆珠一口爆汁, 非常過癮, 完美作結。
