To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們於24/1(日)早上約十點十五分左右到達餐廳。餐廳空間不算大,加上限聚令,找位置稍花了一點時間。另外,職員也沒有很大的衛生意識,客人走後也不會主動抹枱,要客人「叫」才做。我們共叫了3個餐:豬肉腸 漢堡扒 蔥油餅 煎焗流心蛋 蛋白麥皮($35)吉列魚柳 炒蛋 班戟 蛋白麥皮($36)雞扒 牛油多士 蛋白麥皮 ($36)飲品為:銀菊蜜 冬瓜茶 柚子蜜蔥油餅有2小塊,沒有蔥味,亦可能是微波叮熱,故較硬。吉列魚柳等了10分鐘,但幸好吉列魚柳夠熱夠大塊,班戟沒有味道,也沒給予牛油,只有糖漿。牛油多士有2塊三角形,比外面茶餐廳多一塊。總括來說,價錢合理但味道及服務質素可改善
