因疫症期間,小小的春潤堂不設堂食,所以都好耐無專誠去幫襯。

前兩日落去花墟買花,見有人出食評已開返堂食。所以就專登由火車站行過去滿足一下久違了嘅邪惡👿油渣麵

呢幾年物價狂升,小店能夠繼續生存絕非易事。難得佢哋嘅價錢仍然好穩定。$42大大碗豬腸油渣麵,加餸都係$7/款。

油渣仍然係彈牙爽口,乾乾淨淨。唔會有油溢味或炸到硬掘掘。豬腸亦都唔係坊間嘅豬腸,完全係無肥膏係腸裡面,店主處理豬腸時用小腸,並將豬腸剪開,將肥膏剪走後才炆淋。繁複嘅工序就可參透小店嘅心機。作為食客,可免除一向食guilty food 嘅罪惡感。亦到深神領會店主對食物烹煮嘅執着同用心。

仲有,千祈唔好忘記落菜脯。佢哋菜脯有分辣同唔辣。兩款都係店主用心自家製作。

雖然食到身水身汗,但為咗食碗正油渣麵,絕對值得嘅⋯⋯
