這家南記門外的廣告牌擺放著滿滿招牌食物,我這次就點了他們的「滋選套餐」。一坐下食物很快就上齊了,大碗上鋪著幾塊Q彈滋潤的「招牌辣豬肉」,邊上配了嫩脆的「招牌辣春卷」,再加上新鮮帶脆帶香的「魚片」和一撮散發濃郁香氣的「冬菇」,簡單大方又飽滿各式口味。
最令我興奮的要算一杯熱騰騰的「豆漿」,滋潤而不膩,一飲而盡別提多美妙。雖只是一碗麵,但口味豐富又饕足,而且以不到百元就能飽足解渴,簡直是趕時間的最佳選擇。下次一定再去「南記」。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
