成日聽人講 灃味館 幾正幾正,終於有機會試下,結論係: 真係正嘅~!! 先講下啲員工,個個都係好好禮貌有講有笑,絕對係令用餐經驗有加分。 食物方面,溏心皮蛋伴陳醋舟山海蜇頭:爽口嘅海蜇頭 配 黃金皮蛋,作為前菜呢個無得輸,醋味亦無搶晒其他野嘅味。濃湯雞煲翅: 呢個不得了,一大煲翅,濃厚雞湯,入面嘅雞肉都仲係滑嘅~新鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉:呢個係食過最好嘅咕嚕肉之一,肉實淨,炸得好,少少拔絲,啲糖慢慢就變得硬左脆左,高質!雞油花雕蛋白蒸蟶子配陳村粉: 呢個大癲,鮮味油香酒香口感所有野係配合得好好,直頭係叫白飯撈落去喇。大海蝦鍋巴: 呢個係我全晚唯一無咁鍾意,啲汁搞到啲鍋巴好癡口,蝦好食但汁有色蝦有殼食嘅時候都要份外小心。花膠扒配粗麵:呢個又係大癲,又係被秒殺之後再叫飯落去撈埋個汁。脆皮蔥油雞: 直接將 蔥油 淋喺雞面,雖然有少少影響到脆皮,但係雞就滑左同香左好多薑蔥肉蟹煲煎腸粉底:呢個又係相機食先喇,腸粉係重點,好好食。全哥炒飯: 有蝦有菜有鑊氣炒飯~ 為成餐飯劃上完美句號。
