To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啖啖燕窩以外賣為主,餐廳都有位置可供堂食。餐廳以每日自家新鮮製造甜品出名,現時餐牌有更加多不同類別的自家製食品,雞鮑翅,燉花膠,麻辣花膠,麻辣鮮鮑魚等等,過時過節送禮或自用一流。椰汁嫩雪燕,一樽大約有五大碗,椰汁味道不會太甜。3.6牛乳木瓜奶凍雪燕,味道適中,用料十足,木瓜奶味道香濃,好食。鮮燉花膠奶凍,意想不到的一個奶凍,花膠咸咸地,奶凍甜甜地,非常特別。蒜香花膠,蒜蓉味道極濃,大大舊花膠真材實料。一個月一次啖啖燕窩,真係唔過份。
