To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先送上係茶碗蒸, 賣相真的嘩左一聲, 金箔呀!!!! 這個茶碗蒸湯底比較稠身一點, 食落口好鮮味, 用上好多新鮮食材包括香菇, 江瑤柱, 蟹肉, 銀杏等等, 而且疍夠香又夠滑, 口感濃味一點, 因為師傅落左黑松露!!! 陣陣惹味既松露味飄來, 叫人口水直流!

鱈魚白子- 起初我都唔清楚白子是什麼...原來白子就是魚既精巢, 白子者,魚類的精巢,是日本人冬日補身良品,因含豐富蛋白質、維他命D等,有滋陰養顏之效,有日本人更視之為女人美膚之寶!

白子係冬天既時候係最當造, 所以食落特別好味!! 白子入口唔腥, 質感柔軟滑溜, 師傅配上酸酸甜甜既袖子汁, 反而能夠刺激胃口, 個人覺得都幾好味, 好似食滑疍般又滑又軟, 滋補有益!

師傅會送上二片略燒好的油甘魚, 魚的脊上有淡淡炭火燒的痕跡, 難怪食落口有一股淡淡的炭火香味!

由於是腩位位置, 入口好肥美!! 魚肉食得出好新鮮, 入口即溶, 魚的香味在口腔內綻放, 就算飲啖清水沖洗一下, 魚的甘香味都在口腔裡蕩漾~~

毛蟹- 大大份的毛蟹拆好肉, 在上面再淋上咸香四溢既蟹膏~蟹肉好嫩滑, 入口細膩, 鮮味十足! 再配上重味既新鮮蟹膏, 整個蟹味就相當突出, 就好似食左成隻蟹落肚一樣!

拖羅 - 用火槍略略燒幾下既拖羅, 魚肉入口肥美,
完全無根無渣, 不用費太多勁就把它嗗碌吞下肚!!!
魚味同樣芳香, 味道讓人難忘!

鮑魚鮑魚肝醬 - 此時師傅會端上一碟新鮮的鮑魚肝醬, 它是以鮑魚的內臟弄成, 入口充滿鮮香味, 很有新鮮海鮮獨有的咸香味道, 師傅說以它來沾鮑魚來吃, 才能吃出鮑魚的鮮味, 其實鮑魚肝醬是主角, 鮑魚才是配角~

海胆壽司- 師傅說這盤海胆是木村, 猜想是地方名吧~
他說海胆是競投得回來, 一盤所費不菲,
就這件就要HKD 450!!! OMG! 我也太有食神吧~

海胆不用多說也是好味到一個點!!!
份量是超級多, 師傅不惜工本的把一匙又一匙的海胆放上面,
令到整件壽司入口更豐富!!! 海胆入口即溶,
有淡淡的海水味道但不會腥, 口感豐富, 味道濃郁,
與日本魚巿場食到的普通貨色, 真的有很大分別!!!

這還未算, 師傅還送上大大的一個海胆杯!! OMG!!!! 太引人犯罪了!!!

海胆足足注了整個碗子, 服務員會問你洒不洒點whiskey,
用匙子一匙一匙細掏, 味道濃到在口腔內化不開!!!
上面再放上新鮮又味美的大蝦一隻, 吃後怎不叫人難懷呢~
