To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 【中西區】【香港地】開工之前喺金鐘覆診，覆完診就周圍搵吓嘢食。但係好可惜，一係就食過，一係就冇乜興趣，揀唔落手。到最後行遠少少見到呢間「香港地」，見佢個景 okay 就入去啦，再唔揀就真係冇嘢食。由於仲係下午茶時段，我就食佢哋嘅「經典下午茶」睇吓點。唔係成日見到下午茶有得食牛脷，所以叫咗 $44 嘅「牛脷滑蛋多士·薯條」，唔大份，亦都冇特別。而加 $18 嘅「瑞士雞翼」都好麻麻，似滷水汁多過似瑞士汁。跟餐杯嘢飲「熱奶茶」反而過得去，起碼有返茶餐廳質素。唔夠食就叫多份，寫返畀大家睇。另一份我叫 $35 嘅「煎雞尾包·蔥花炒蛋」，將個平平無奇嘅雞尾包煎香佢再切四份，綽頭十足但對味道冇幫助，反而個炒蛋生生哋，幾好。加 $18 嘅「長洲咖哩魚蛋」又係唔掂，冇魚味嘅。餐飲今次揀「鴦走」，正常質素夠穩陣。埋單 $115，早知食第二間。。。（地址：金鐘夏慤道16號遠東金融中心UG樓A6-2號舖）
