主打懷燒料理既小「萬豚屋」,主要係用個石鍋嚟裝住啲烏冬同湯,所以一路食都仍然keep到好高嘅溫度。呢度既烏冬有四種湯底揀:魚介豬骨濃湯、香菌濃湯、香辣三色味噌湯、黑蒜油豚骨湯。點了厚切豚肉手打烏(魚介湯),厚切豚肉很美味,豚肉很腍而肉味豐沛。 手打烏冬均會用上「石鍋」盛著,就是吃韓國石頭飯會用的那種碗,所以端上烏冬時,你會看到湯在不斷地翻滾。 手打烏冬特別煙韌彈牙!除左烏冬之外,客人仲可以選擇拉麵。仲有唔少小食、飯、冷鳥冬比客人選擇,等大家唔洗淨係食石鍋鳥冬咁悶。木魚豚肉玉子燒: 玉子燒配料有好多,有蟹柳絲、椰菜、叉燒,出面食既玉子燒通常用蛋包好多層,但呢到既玉子燒得好,好容易跌晒啲配料出嚟。 山葵醬油鮮蝦毛茄,酸微微,好胃口,好fresh,做前菜一流!青芥末醬吉列墨魚飯, 原來除了出名的烏冬好吃外,吉列墨魚餅也非常有水準, 丼飯大份又美味!呢家係一間超有誠意既小店,食物上菜速度快,而且食物品質有保證,真係好推介比大家。
