To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友話好想食羊腩煲。我地做完運動,諗起附近有大中華。宵夜時間來食大大煲既羊腩煲,三百幾蚊係貴d, 份量好足夠,三個人由頭食到尾都仲有羊肉。配料方面,有白蘿蔔,馬蹄,唐芹菜,枝竹,等等。羊腩方面,肉質ok, 有皮,有肥有瘦。可以改善的是醬料,腐乳醬是帶橙色的,不像平時食的味道。另外,我們點了一個花枝餅,大份量。花枝彈牙,香口。這里飲品,要自己在指定士多自購的。我們來慣了,就直接買後才入座,唔使行來行去。
