店員都介紹活蠔同特調醬汁。我們選左酸醋汁。蠔本身是現開的,師傅手工不錯,吃的時候沒有渣。可以連同地汁一起吃。

海膽同味增放在螃蟹殼裡面煮,難免會有地腥。對於接受得到腥的吃客,這道的份量超級多,可以嘗試同店家要多地蘇打餅。

飲品就一般般,陳皮絲不會太甜。建議大家如果吃日本刺身最好就是陪清酒。每要吃下一道之前就喝點清酒,可以沖淡前道菜的味道。

鹽烤牛小排
牛排的熟度是看個人的,我本身喜歡5分熟,但是這間的牛小排烤到差不多7分熟。口感上都可以接受,味道就偏少少淡。可以同服務生拿地鹽,如果你是偏重口。

P.S 店家每次上菜前都會拿原材料來給你拍照,對喜歡紀錄美食旅程的吃客大大加分。
