平時食東南亞菜,會選擇去茶餐廳式或大排檔式菜館,因為最有鑊氣最夠味,今次朋友生日一試商場鋪,進知搵到間又有鑊氣、又夠味、又大份量、又好味既東南亞餐廳,性價比甚高 ,3人食到捧著肚子只需$250。餐廳樓底高、匙羹光閃的燈飾加上深木色的設計,滲出一種高雅感~絕對不侷促,枱面椅子乾淨一塵不染,用膳整體感覺舒適。食咖哩一定試經典印度牛油咖哩,香料、酥油、番茄、蒜頭等加入忌廉打理十分滑身,一點都不辣不油,香料及小甜酸味道好惹味,雞肉肉嫩大粒。有咖哩一定配烤餅!小小蒜蓉味不影響咖哩,外較脆內軟熟有層次有乾濕口感,需熱吃不然會隨時間溫度變硬。材料豐富有泰國圓茄子、香葉、豆角、蒜頭,Size一致連飯食容易入口,炒得有鑊氣又香口不會太黏立,有菜館水準!,自行撈上雞肉串、木瓜絲、洋蔥增惹味口感,青咖哩與飯炒埋一齊實在太方便了,不用自己撈~整塊牛扒配小量菜其實是主菜吧,牛扒肉軟腍,肉汁加上沙律醋及薄荷葉香好開胃,青瓜粒去走油膩感,小心食到青辣椒會超辣。炭燒味及脆度比想像中小,但份量頗多,有2層大約20片。完全意料之外既味道,原來椰汁是鹹好似焦糖鹹,布甸較彈實在重濕,都幾飽肚,完全是想像以外的味道,還未適應該味道的我感受怪怪😂餐廳其一特色是水需收費,蒸餾收費$18任添,或許選擇特飲也是一個不錯之選。 continue reading

之前同屋企人食過幾次下午茶,因為佢地好鐘意餐廳環境夠舒服,樓底高無壓迫感,所以見食過幾次下午茶,今次決定晚餐時間去,食下其他菜式!Refresh Your Mind $48因為呢度要水需要比錢,所以我叫左杯mocktail,呢杯不論貌相或者味道都好好,用左青檸、青蘋果、蘋果汁、青檸汁、梳打、薄荷葉做出黎,飲落好解渴,叫左啲辣野食,飲佢岩哂,個人非常推薦!越式炸春卷 $98炸春卷入面包住蟹肉同雞肉,不過吾太食得出,但就好香菇味,炸得夠脆吾油膩,仲有生菜可以包住春卷一齊食。紅咖哩檳榔葉燒牛肉 $188呢度有好多款咖哩,花多眼亂,見呢款系menu舉左手指公,就一於揀佢!果然要比手指公,因為同隔離枱個啲相比,呢款咖哩大份啲,而且有一整份燒安格斯牛肉,味道好香椰汁味,入口時有啲辣,但好快就散左。牛油烤餅 $38食咖哩絕對要配薄餅,呢度都有多款薄餅選擇,我就揀左Naan,非常大塊,而且幾香牛油味。印度烤雞肉 $148以鐵板上既烤雞肉,雞肉肉質比想像中嫩,一啲都吾鞋。以印度香料醃製,味道濃郁,仲可以點配特色乳酪醬。泰式乾炒牛肉河粉 $118用左泰國粗身河粉去炒,河粉好入味,牛肉份量都多。要留意餐廳吾會提供免費水,需要水既話要比錢,$15 for 1-4位用。 continue reading
