今天同屋企人去了青衣食晚飯, 我們五個人叫左五個餸一齊食. 魚香茄子煲, 好香呀, 茄子好多, 好淋身, 好味, 吸晒D汁正呀, 唔算好辣, 好多肉碎的, 好惹呀.咖喱牛腩煲, 呢個咖喱都好香, 唔係好辣的, 入面有薯仔, 青椒, 洋蔥, 牛腩, 全部材料都好入味的, 薯仔好淋好味, 牛腩都好淋身的, 吸晒D咖喱汁, 好正呀, 仲有洋蔥, 青椒都好好味. 個汁用嚟送飯一流呀.涼瓜排骨煲, 這個都好香, 好多涼瓜呀, 涼瓜切到夠薄, 所以唔會好苦的, 好惹味, 排骨都係, 細細件的, 唔肥, 好食.生炒排骨, 個汁做得好好, 酸酸甜甜好開胃, 菠蘿都好味, 仲有青椒的呀, 排骨係唔會好多粉漿的, 所以都啖啖肉, 同埋D肉唔會好肥的, 正呀.我們還叫左一個雜菜煲, 份量都好大的, 好多材料, 有西蘭花, 白菜, 菜芯, 仲有粉絲, 蝦米, 魷魚, 磨菇, 草菇等, 都好好味的, 同埋唔會好濃味, 夠晒清, 不過好多唔同的疏菜的味道, 好FRESH呀.價錢, 服務同埋食物都好有水準. continue reading

由於近好友家,每年都總有一兩次機會來這裏食晚飯,不過通常都係食火鍋,食小菜都係第一次。我們叫了一個片皮鴨兩食,片皮鴨睇落去係OK,鴨皮香脆,但係食落口太多油,所以我都唔敢食得太多。而第二食豉汁苦瓜炒鴨肉就比較好d,鴨肉亦都唔會太肥唔太廋,豉汁亦好入味,苦瓜都好爽脆。另外,清湯龍蝦伊面,龍蝦都好大隻多肉,而且新鮮彈牙,估唔到上湯伊面都好夠味,而且不怕像芝士咁濟。呢個時候正正係大閘蟹個季節當然我地都唔會放過啦,而且好抵食$68兩隻每隻有四兩半重,大閘蟹的蟹膏唔算太多,亦都唔係太少,而且新鮮,但係這樣的價錢有這樣的質素都算係唔錯。 continue reading

不嬲都知新星打邊爐幾抵,但有時驚抵唔代表好食,所以之前都冇咩機會去,但今日難得呀爸生日,所以就去附近新星試下果然係出名打邊爐,見到差不多枱枱都係打邊爐,叫到上面叫野食既紙都有好多種類揀,特別係海鮮類,但今次冇特別叫啦,黎既大部份都係出面食到普通食材都算新鮮,而係新星比較出名既應該都係自製魚丸,都係好新鮮同爽口,我最鐘意鯪魚肉,相比其他食材黎講,宜家出面酒樓都比較少了~價錢每人都算便宜,依個水準算不錯了! continue reading

幾個月無食過,之前好差,所以呢度酒樓少,都幾個月唔嚟!今日嚟叫了幾樣嘢(應該係廚師和服務員已經換左一大班人)因為好明顯好食左,服務員的都好正常嘅,明顯好左,今日的象拔蚌新鮮廚師亦切得好好排得都好,無被偷走的感覺,鑽一個 脆皮燒鵝例牌,做到皮脆肉質夠味,不會太鹹有90分。食過幾次裕記在6-7點去食好食,在裕記食過9點幾去食好難食唔知點解。 但平時去富臨酒家海港等酒家都成9點幾10點幾去都人地都keep到OK架。 蒸聖子皇,蒜蓉足夠,味道不太咸,可以算是剛好,沒有粉絲不過沒所謂最後乜乜豆腐煲,忘記了全名,等咗約25-30分才來,友人問要否追,我話如果換左廚師他有心機整等耐少少無問題,因為也看見有幾張枱食小菜, 講完呢句,跟手就嚟喇 這個豆腐煲好食,豆腐外皮少少脆, 豆腐切細粒每一日都入味嘅, 唔怪之得要等耐d啦值嘅希望繼續keep到咁好食啦 continue reading

臨近端午,屋企存糭的數量愈來愈多,其中有大大的裹蒸糭,是新星出品。蒸一隻來,做早餐。最傳統的糯米、綠豆蓉、咸蛋黃、腩肉的組合,是從來不會難吃的。雖然這出品各款材料的比例只麻麻,但熱呼呼的弄出來,吃半隻做早餐也是滿足。個人始終是比較保守,吃糭還是愛吃傳統的。新派的,除非你做得好出色啦! continue reading
