因為朋友介紹黎左六本渥,表示好味又抵食,一於黎試試佢。鐵板燒得2round,6:00同8:30。我地book左位,6點到。餐廳入面空間好大,分咗兩邊,一邊做鐵板燒,一邊做爐端燒。咁我哋就叫咗個飛驒牛鐵板套餐 (二人前)。一落咗單後,侍應首先送上沙律前菜,一個係餐單上有既沖繩海葡萄沙律。另一個係海蜇粉絲沙律,呢個組合意外地唔錯,但個醬味道就比較濃。刺身盛合(三文魚, 油甘魚, 海膽, 甜蝦)啲刺身都幾新鮮。我哋食完個刺身無耐,師傅就嚟咗喇。 一開始見佢倒咗一大堆嘅蒜片加水去炒,仲以為係為嚟緊嘅菜式做準備。原來係炒蒜作為小食,食落好脆好好味。我哋邊食住炒蒜片,邊睇佢整下一道菜。黑魚籽鵝肝蒸蛋呢個配置好特別,係雞蛋殼入面加蛋漿再加鵝肝去蒸,最後再加上黑魚籽。 配合蒸蛋嘅鵝肝保留咗原有嘅味道,但油膩感冇曬。大海虎蝦虎蝦嘅口感好實好Q彈!!!蝦身比較容易熟,所以一開始就會整好比我地。喺食緊嘅時候就等蝦頭熟透,食埋佢個膏。活鮑魚仔鮑魚美中不足係鐵板味比較重,稍微蓋過咗佢個鮑魚味。但食得出鮑魚本身材料質素都唔錯既。飛禪牛肉薄燒薄片真係薄到師傅擺上去燒一燒就已經拎返上嚟。師傅係用牛肉薄片去包住蔥同蒜, 但因為蔥蒜太多嘅關係,牛味畀佢蓋過咗, 塊和牛就有啲浪費喇。飛禪牛肉厚燒呢個厚燒和牛真係要畀120分!!!!好好食,好juicy。對上一次食到咁好食嘅和牛已經係我上次去日本食嘅時候。牛肉口感結實,一咬落去就爆好多肉汁。黑松露醬野菜炒飯鐵板炒日式野菜甜品木糠奶凍好滑,食落唔會好甜。唔好睇每一份嘅份量都好似好少,我食到炒飯果下已經飽飽地頂住個胃。除返埋每人$500,但以佢嘅材料同味道黎講,呢個價錢絕對係值同抵食。 continue reading

今日想去太空館睇美國國家公園既片,所以就上左某個app揾附近既餐廳食,見到6點呢間餐廳訂枱有5折,所以就黎試下啦。我地5點幾就到左,當時仲未開始所以就去左等候區既梳化坐,地方都幾大,環境都5錯。坐左一陣就有人黎帶位啦。一坐低望個meun,乜都想試下,又想食魚生,又想食燒野,又想食火鍋同甜品,但冇一個二人套餐可以滿足佢所有願望😅所以最後我地叫左個16xx既四人合家歡套餐,果度既員工見我地2個人叫4人餐,完全係好驚訝,仲勸我地叫二人餐再散叫,但最後都決定叫4人餐。首先黎左個好普通既前菜然後上左魚生,都幾新鮮同冇筋位。鮑魚都燒得幾淋幾好,但配既醬汁有d苦。鱈魚似二人份多過四人份量,魚肉燒得幾滑仲有少少汁,都5錯。牛肉鍋就好普通,牛肉有d 靭親子飯=滑蛋雞飯,都好普通。味噌湯,好普通,有d淡。個甜品,木糠奶凍幾好味,我地仲食晒四人份tim。原本要16xx再加一服務費,但用完某app只需要10xx,服務費係原價10%,總括而言,食物質素同服務都算ok。 continue reading
