「錦」已有廿多年歷史,招牌是串燒,曾多次獲米芝蓮一星殊榮,午餐約一百元多,絕對值得一試。留心聽聽,你會發現周圍的客人大多是說日語的,廣東話也算稀有。環境:5家庭式小餐廳,入內燈光柔和,感覺大概是歷史悠久,有故事的地方。服務:4有個伯伯像是店長,說著日語,大概是想問我們需要什麼吧,他問完又問的,但請不要介意,只是一個很親切的老人家。食物:5三串串燒加飯,另有清湯腐皮烏冬,前菜係中華沙律。串燒來說青椒加雞肉比較普通,但也沒有太乾身;紫蘇葉包免治雞肉非常好吃,又香又多肉汁,誠意推薦;雞軟骨加免治雞肉,醃得出色。 continue reading

同事介紹,今晚girls night嚟試呢間係富豪酒店入面既日本串燒店。 門口係好日本居酒屋咁,入到去鋪仔細細。有bar枱。師傅對住你就係炭爐度燒緊串燒。感覺好正宗咁但一坐底就出事,咁熱既?!本身入到商場已經覺得唔夠冷氣。問返鋪頭,佢話本身個中央冷氣就唔夠。重要嗰日好似壞壞地。好彩我有自家風扇仔。唔係真係幾好食都頂唔順講返野食,好食既。尤其是個雞肝,燒得啱啱好,好滑。希望佢地快d搞返好個冷氣。如果唔係,真係要等冬天先好嚟 continue reading

全部串燒都好好食😋 見到都有唔少日本人喺度食嘢~ 四個人叫咗兩個串燒set(24枝、飯、麵豉湯、沙律)同埋其他小食。本身仲諗住叫埋烏冬試吓點知知太飽了😭 人均$430,以居酒屋來講唔算貴了,何況佢每一道餸都好食!對比起之前食過嘅串燒店,呢間比較冇咁重鹽等等調味料、食得出冇味精,食完都唔覺口渴,俾你品嚐到原汁原味嘅食材。要讚下個氣氛就係員工都好熱情同埋收碟都好快,畢竟串燒一碟碟上如果唔收起會霸晒所有位。總括而言呢間係有水準嘅居酒屋!✨ continue reading
