估唔到尖沙咀隱藏左呢間雪花和牛餐廳。知道左之後同幾個朋友一齊嚟食Happy Friday.餐廳新開,裝修光猛,地方都算大。侍應都好熱心,服務得好好,自動自覺斟茶同執碟。首先叫咗啲串燒,小蕃薯仔同埋雞翼。番薯仔好甜,「燒~~~雞翼~ 我鍾意食!!」,雞翼都燒得好香。之後叫咗個加洲壽司,賣相都好靚,好味。另外,蛋包飯,個蛋好滑,仲有蛋香,再配埋飯食,正!再黎壓軸,烤A5和牛,食落質感軟熟,好有牛味,有質素同好美味哦。 continue reading

以前細個嘅時候成日黎呢度寶勒巷粵海酒店食自助餐,最近竟然改咗做「雪花和牛」新餐廳,懷念兒時回憶同又啱我食牛所以就嚟呢度食。裝修比較簡單,但有卡位設計,坐好闊落舒適。好開心見到餐牌有我鍾意食嘅雞泡魚干,第一樣野必點嘅。雞泡魚干整得好乾身,脆口,好好味,推介!!另外,三文魚刺身好肥美,顏色好靚,新鮮有鮮味。黎得呢度,點可以錯過個和牛,所以都有叫嗰個烤鹿兒島A5和牛。送上黎嘅時候搭住一塊一塊,排得好靚。冇諗過都有咁多塊,入口即溶好好味。 continue reading

餐廳算大間 , 坐得舒服,位置唔會太逼~!玉子~! 個人最愛, 我SUGGEST唔洗點醬已經好食我會加小小甜醬油,玉子煮得好鬆軟,因為夠厚身,口感不差^^和牛係一定要食,但我地呢幾日都不停食和牛刺身~所以今次轉叫和牛串,原本諗住和牛串無咁有口感~發現錯左,外皮偏脆, 內里都係入口即溶!三文魚,試下呢到d刺身,新唔新鮮,口感爽口為主,有小小鮮味既汁sushi黎講算整得不錯~拉麵就湯底可以改善下,因為湯底不夠濃和多選擇,半熟蛋凍d會更好食~整體環境服務都ok, 主要係坐得舒服如食呢間,和牛必試~ continue reading

Was told over the phone that reservations would be cancelled for late arrivals so my girlfriend reminded me to be really punctual.  I ran for my life from Hong Kong side but found that the entire restaurant only had 3 occupied tables by 7:05pm!  My girlfriend would not have run with her heels had they not bluffed.  We ordered wagyu udon in tomato sauce but it's such a waste to spoil the tender beef with tomato paste.  Prawn tempura was the best of all.  Codfish with Japanese soy sauce was good but the portion was small.  Toro sushi was wholesome.  Grilled chicken cartilage skewers were fairly good.  But all 5 add up to around HK$620, which is not too pricey but not cheap.  The restaurant was supposedly new but interior decoration was archaic in the 1970s style.  It is a decent place for dinner but not a distinguished one.  It would be necessary to find a competitive edge for restaurants to survive in competitive TST these days. continue reading

這間位於尖沙咀酒店內的日本餐廳, 裝潢都比較遜色了一點, 桌子上的廣告紙餐墊...與酒店環境更加格格不入...食物價格比一般酒店餐廳便宜! 吉列炸豬扒: 炸漿不薄, 但不油膩 , 脆卜卜, 很日式, 不錯不錯!!! 北寄貝壽司: 不太新鮮, 但一件壽司有兩片北寄貝! 燒日本雞翼: 雞翼超級大隻!!! 日本雞翼真的有那麼大隻的嗎? 不但燒得太乾身, 而且未完全燒熟!!! 蒲燒鰻魚飯: 鰻魚大得差不多蓋過整盒飯!!! 份量很大!!! 真材實料!!! 鰻魚肉質很彈牙, 很厚身, 啖啖肉!!! 但鰻魚汁咸了一點, 蓋過了鰻魚本身的味道... 天婦羅稻庭烏冬: 天婦羅炸不夠乾身, 因此失去了脆卜卜口感, 油多得把吸油紙都差不多淹沒了... 幸好烏冬是真正的稻庭烏冬,鳥冬很彈牙, 而且滑滑的! 昆布湯底也很清甜, 好味!!! 蕃茄刺身沙律: 醬汁很清新, 沙律菜也很新鮮, 爽脆! 但他們的上菜次序完全是錯亂的! 沙律竟然最後才上... 每位餐廳店員都笑臉迎人, 也很給力的服務!!! continue reading
